Stew meat is mellow and mildly flavored. This lean meat comes cubed and is perfect for stews, curry dishes, or shepherd’s pie. Weight of packages can vary slightly- approximate weight is 12 oz per package.
Vacuum sealed and USDA or ME State inspected. Our lambs are Columbian/Finn crosses which are high in protein and have a delicate and delicious flavor. Our lambs are ethically raised on pasture and primarily grass fed.
