Sirloin roast is also referred to as chump or rump roast. This cut comes from the back side of the lamb where the top of the leg meets the loin. It’s a plump yet lean cut, with a generous layer of fat to keep the meat juicy. Great for roasting or herb crusting. Weight of packages vary between 1.7-2.9 lbs.
Vacuum sealed and USDA or ME State inspected. Our lambs are Columbian/Finn crosses which are high in protein and have a delicate and delicious flavor. Our lambs are ethically raised on pasture and primarily grass fed.
