The Porterhouse is one of the most sought after steaks. This is a T-bone cut made up of a tenderloin steak on one side of the bone and a New York Strip Steak on the other. These cuts combined give this steak the exceptional tenderness of a filet and the delicious flavor of a New York Strip all in one.
Our beef are raised and finished only on pasture and high quality hay and balage. We have a limited variety of sirloin tip steaks available ranging from 18-20 ounces. $20/lbs.
