Loin chops are full of flavor, tender and delicious! Slightly leaner than other chops, loin chops have a perfect 3- to 4-ounce serving size and are simple to prepare. Season with a dry rub or marinate, then grill, broil or panfry the chops for a delicious meal.
Vacuum sealed and USDA or ME State inspected. Our lambs are Columbian/Finn crosses which are high in protein and have a delicate and delicious flavor. Our lambs are ethically raised on pasture and primarily grass fed.
